Follow the Leader

Hey Speakers I’m on my way from VA to Savannah, GA for the BIG TIDE Conference tomorrow and when I went to get the rental … I ordered the Wagoneer! 🎉

Why is that a big deal? Well because I’m following the leader. I’ve been in so many programs and even lead some myself where the students expect the results advertised but keep altering the playbook. I know you have to fit every lesson and principles to your context but outside of scaling… I contend that you just do what your coach tells you and do what your coach shows you.

They say more is caught than taught. And I caught our coach in one of her videos renting a Wagoneer when they went to see Russell… so, I rented one too. Never drove one before she mentioned it now this is the 2nd time I’ve done so… do I need it? Nope? Does it change my experience? Absolutely. Confidence breeds success. I’m not confident because of the style of vehicle, I’m confident because I’m on the same path as the coach and team I’m following and that leads to impacting lives and increased income.

Moral of the story, follow your leader. Ashley once said that “success leaves clues”… follow the clues, watch the vids, listen to the coaching, invest in yourself!
