Your mindful eating suggestion is having its way with me. I find myself very calm, standing at my kitchen sink/window with a snack of some sort - hard boiled egg, carrots, whatever.... and look out the window and have a lil meditation. I think of you and what you said on your video - eating slow, chewing more, breathe, quietness.... and the fact that I love my kitchen window is making it a lovely experience.
