One of my favorite methods to get stronger is using cluster sets. I’ve seen it work not only for myself but for dozens of athletes.
The method is simple:
Instead do doing for example 4 reps, you do 2+2
You do 2 reps, rest about 10-15 seconds and then perform the last 2
This will allow you to push just a bit harder and therefore also work at a higher intensity.
