Month 2 Performance Workout
Month 2 Performance Program.
While adding in small changes such as lifts and plyometrics, as well as volume of work, Month 2's program builds off of Month 1.
The overall goal is building capacity for Strength, Hypertrophy and general Acceleration.
There are Box Jumps included as well to not only help acceleration but also make sure we are able to apply things into a vertical pattern to help you on the court more.
