If your vertical jump workout looks like this:
-Pogos/jump rope for 4 sets @1 minute each
-25 box jump reps where you jumps so slow and barely make it
-jump tucks for 3 sets @1 minute each
-1-3 minute long vertimax stations
-5x20 weighted jumps
-no high output and no quality rest
You’re not doing Vertical training, you’re doing conditioning.
