Take time to reset your soul.
It’s wild how we push ourselves until we’re running on fumes… then wonder why everything feels heavy. We talk about self-care like it’s some big, complicated thing, but honestly? It’s the small resets that save us.
For me, it’s a good beard trim.
There’s something about sitting in that chair, letting someone else take over for fifteen minutes, watching the loose ends fall away. It’s like my mind gets cleaned up right along with it.
For you it might be a walk, a quiet coffee, a long drive, or shutting the world out for a bit. Whatever it is — do more of it. Not because you’re weak, not because you’re broken, but because you deserve to breathe without the weight on your shoulders.
What’s one thing that helps you reset your soul? Drop it below, you might help someone find their own way back to calm.
