My Story: Ventilating the Fire Within 📖
Most of you know I spent 35 years as a firefighter. I’ve seen flames, crashes, trauma but the hardest battles were the ones I fought alone, in my own head.
There was a time I was ready to end it all. I was sitting on the side of the highway, thinking of driving in front of a semi. What stopped me? A single photo. A picture of my three boys, tucked in my visor. That moment changed my life and it’s the reason I’m here today.
That’s why this community exists.
Because sometimes one story, one moment, or one reminder is enough to keep someone alive.
