My Story: The Picture That Saved My Life 📖
Most of you know I spent 35 years as a firefighter. I’ve seen flames, crashes, trauma — but the hardest battles were the ones I fought alone, in my own head.
There was a time I was ready to end it all. I was sitting on the side of the highway, thinking of driving in front of a semi. What stopped me? A single photo. A picture of my three boys, tucked in my visor. That moment changed my life — and it’s the reason I’m here today.
That’s why this community exists.
Because sometimes one story, one moment, or one reminder is enough to keep someone alive.
👉 Now it’s your turn: What’s your “picture that saved your life”?
🔹 It could be a person.
🔹 A memory.
🔹 A hobby or passion.
🔹 Even a simple reason that keeps you going.
Drop it in the comments 👇 You never know who your story might help.
