I was reviewing the latest data this morning and wanted to break this down for you guys š
ā¢ 5.8 MILLION+ properties sitting out thereā¢ Average claim: $1,481ā¢ Largest payout this year: $8.4 MILLION
This is why I keep sayingā¦
š There is NO shortage of money in this space.
The issue isnāt opportunity ā itās knowing how to find it and actually take action.
Most of this is coming from:
āļø Old accounts
āļø Payroll checks
āļø Insurance
āļø Court deposits
