Semi-retired carpenter, now part-time in surplus, and currently learning the tax overage side.
I’m looking to team up with someone experienced in both to split the workload. I’ll handle the phones, outreach, and follow-ups—you handle the backend, deal flow, skip tracing, tracking, contracts, and collections. You build the list, I’ll work it. We get paid.
