Has anyone worked South Carolina State Funds? Is this a state you have to invoice client or they send the payment to you? What is the max finder fee amount? Also, do I have to be a registered investigator?

Co-Partner/Due diligence form
This is a form that I will be sending to a seasoned surplus specialist who I want to partner on a deal with. Once I get all of the claimants information and their approval, then I will proceed with entering into an agreement with the co-partner.

@Eugene Maresh Hi Eugene, I am old school so I literally have an Excel Spreadsheet and folders for those that are promising. My spreadsheet has sub tabs (State Funds) (Tax Deeds) (Foreclosures) within the main spreadsheet. It really helps to have a follow-up column and use it to sort weekly. This will allow you to see WHEN to follow-up and WHY (call/text/email).
