I just watched Dave's video on What is needed to be successful in Surplus funds. Wow ! that was straight shooting. I appreciated your honesty, Dave, on how it was tough for you to make those calls at the beginning. How we really have to pull the trigger and make the calls. We just have to jump in and learn as we go. Make our mistakes, take our knocks, it's all part of our progress. Thanks so much for this very realistic and honest information. Ready to close a couple of deals !

Hello to everyone. David had an encouraging call with me this morning. He helped me to get started with the Accelerator Course and to watch Brian's interview. both the conversation with David and the interview with Brian were very helpful. Brian basically said that you get out of this what you put into it. " Treat it as a hobby , and you will reap accordingly. Treat it as a business and take it seriously , and you will get the rewards.
