Group Guidelines
Hi Guys, Welcome to the group. Here are some basic guidelines for interaction in our community. Most of it I am sure will be preaching to the choir but here they are: 1) Be respectful. You can disagree respectfully but no personal attacks, no negative generalities against any group or ethnicity, Treat others as you would be treated and remember, this community is our living room and we are all guests. 2) No spam or marketing. If you want to share something you feel would assist the group please private message me. Using the group to solicit eyeballs is not acceptable. Such posts will be deleted and continued violations will result in expulsion from the group. 3) Stay on topic. We are Super Savvy Italy so anything you think falls under that category is great. If you are unsure you can check with us or look at the categories in the community section.

A New Tool for Evaluating Italian Property Prices!
Hi Guys! Up to now the hardest thing to figure out in purchasing an Italian property was what is the property actually worth? Well, the particular pain point has been resolved! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QeyIkk_pvXI&t=39s
Yesterday's filming session in Torrita and Montefollonico
We had a super productive filming session for Chasing La Bella Vita yesterday with Luca, playing Antonio's part, in Torrita and Montefollonico. Luca kindly allowed us to feature his immaculate Citroen 2CV "deux chevaux"!

Behind the Scenes Filming in Tuscany
Yesterday it finally cooled off a bit so we grabbed our gear and set out the finish some of the last scenes we have in Chasing la Bella Vita. Luca has this beautiful little Deux Chevaux that he graciously lent us to use in our film. Here we are heading up to beautiful Montefollonico.

Learn Italian in Ascoli Piceno (Marche)
Italian Group Classes in Ascoli Piceno 🇮🇹 If anyone is interested, I’m putting together a small group to take Italian classes in Ascoli Piceno, Italy, from October 26 through November 13. I’ll be attending during that time, and it would be great to get 2–3 other people interested in joining me. The classes are very economical. Daniela, the administrator, quoted me approximately €220 per week for the group classes, which I think is a great price. Ascoli Piceno is also a fantastic little city—beautiful, very walkable, and relatively inexpensive. There are plenty of economical accommodations available, and I think it’s a great place to learn Italian because you’ll have plenty of opportunities to practice. English is not as commonly spoken there as it is in the larger tourist cities. If you’re interested in joining us, reach out to me and I’ll put you in touch with Daniela to get the details and make arrangements. It would be great to have a small group together! Eric
