Learn Italian in Ascoli Piceno (Marche)
Italian Group Classes in Ascoli Piceno 🇮🇹 If anyone is interested, I’m putting together a small group to take Italian classes in Ascoli Piceno, Italy, from October 26 through November 13. I’ll be attending during that time, and it would be great to get 2–3 other people interested in joining me. The classes are very economical. Daniela, the administrator, quoted me approximately €220 per week for the group classes, which I think is a great price. Ascoli Piceno is also a fantastic little city—beautiful, very walkable, and relatively inexpensive. There are plenty of economical accommodations available, and I think it’s a great place to learn Italian because you’ll have plenty of opportunities to practice. English is not as commonly spoken there as it is in the larger tourist cities. If you’re interested in joining us, reach out to me and I’ll put you in touch with Daniela to get the details and make arrangements. It would be great to have a small group together! Eric

Hi Chris. What time on Saturday? Thanks Eric
New to the Group
Hello everyone! My name is Eric, and I'm from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I travel to Italy two or three times each year and am currently looking to purchase a home in Ascoli Piceno in the beautiful Marche region. Italy has become a big part of my life, both personally and professionally. I do genealogical research for a few companies that assist people with obtaining Italian dual citizenship, and I also study Italian through online classes. I'm part of a free Italian language class that meets every Tuesday, so if anyone is interested in learning or practicing Italian, I'd be happy to share more information. I'm new to this group and wanted to introduce myself and hopefully make some new friends, especially people who enjoy traveling to Italy or who live there. I have cousins in Italy whom I visit whenever I'm there, and over the years I've had the opportunity to visit many towns throughout northern and central Italy. So far, I haven't spent much time exploring southern Italy, but it's definitely on my list for future trips. I look forward to connecting with everyone, sharing experiences, and learning from the group. Feel free to say hello!

Hi Laurie, Nice to meet you, and it's nice to be part of the group here at Super Savvy Italy. I do some work with Tony Carenzo and wanted to pass along his contact information. Tony provides consultations regarding Italian dual citizenship and is very reasonable. If you end up needing legal assistance in Italy, he can also recommend some excellent attorneys there. Tony CarenzoEmail: [email protected] Please let Tony know that I referred you. My information is: Eric BengelEmail: [email protected] It was nice meeting you virtually. I hope you have a wonderful day Eric! P.S. Tony also has an excellent YouTube channel with many helpful videos about Italian dual citizenship:https://www.youtube.com/@ItalianDualCitizen

Pittsburgh is a great second best to Italy. I may be on the call tonight with Edwin and the gang. Some of the speakers are very good and some are so=so. But it is free and they don't judge you. Eric
Ascoli Piceno, Marche
Hi guys, If you're looking for content for your YouTube channel, I'd like to suggest doing a feature on Ascoli Piceno in the Marche region of Italy. It's one of Italy's hidden gems—a stunning medieval city with beautiful piazzas, historic architecture, incredible food, and a rich history that dates back centuries. My family's roots are in the Marche region, and I've spent quite a bit of time researching the area. Ascoli has a very authentic feel and offers viewers a look at a side of Italy that many tourists never get to experience. Walking through the city, it's easy to imagine what life was like hundreds of years ago. If you're ever interested in covering the area, I'd be happy to share some ideas and local connections that might help make the episode even more interesting.

I think you would love Ascoli Piceno. I've been there over a dozen times and have probably spent at least six months there in total. It's a beautiful city with wonderful people, amazing food, and great festivals throughout the year. They celebrate Carnival during the winter, and one of the biggest events is the Quintana, a medieval festival and jousting tournament held each summer. In the winter, they even set up an ice-skating rink right in the middle of town. Honestly, there is no bad time to visit—spring, summer, fall, or winter, Ascoli Piceno is always a wonderful experience.

If anyone wants to take language classes there, I am friends with the owner of the local school. It is a very laid back program but very good. I am going this Oct/ Nov. for a few weeks of italian classes.
