Another easy dinner.
1 lb chicken(whatever works best for you)
Spinach & broccoli (or whatever veggies you prefer
1 jar Alfredo
1 small can of biscuits
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown or Cook chicken. I used ground chicken and browned on the stovetop. Cut biscuits up into 4 or 6 peices each.
In a baking dish put in your chicken and then cut up biscuits. Add a layer of your veggies. I used broccoli and spinach. Then add Alfredo sauce and top off with mozzarella cheese(shredded).
Bake for 35-40min.
So easy, simple and YUMMM! this will be my third night of eating for dinner. Definitely one that will be in rotation. Next I think I'll try with ground turkey.
