Chicken sweet potato bake
Here's a good "dump dinner" from a gal I see on Facebook. Ingredients: 1-1.5lbs chicken(cut into bite-sized peices) 3/4-1C greek yogurt 2C shredded cheddar cheese 1 packet ranch seasoning 2-3C frozen sweet potato 1C Bacon bits Mix chicken, ranch seasoning, yogurt, and 1C cheese. Place in baking dish. Top with sweet potatoes, the other half of cheese and bacon. Bake at 400° 35-40 min. Or until chicken is cooked and sweet potatoes are done. I did broil after for roughly 5 min. Leftovers are just as good as after cooking. Will you try this? This will definitely be in my rotation! So yumm

Yummy banana bread
Picture of ingredients below. Preheat oven to 350° Mix all the dry first, then add mashed bananas and wet ingredients. Mix well! Also I added some mini chocolate chips. I suggest using 2 bread pans. Mine came out way to dense! He looked perfect before I took him out. Cook for 40 min, then cover with tin foil and cook 7-10 min. Take foil off, turn off oven and let sit in oven minimum of 5 min. Enjoy! Let me know if you try. I will be trying again soon. I love banana bread!

Tip Tuesday(late)
Sorry ladies! I'm a day late. Work was busy and got away from me posting. Here's what I meal prepped Sunday night and ate at work last 2 days. This made 4 meals. I found this from a video online and cut the recipe down for smaller portions. A broccoli chicken rice bowl. 1 lb chicken (used ground) Season that with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and lemon pepper. I boiled 12oz broccoli (the video steamed) Add seasoning prefer, i used some garlic To make sauce, 170g plain Greek yogurt 10g minced garlic 18g lemon juice 18g melted butter 10-15g grated parmesan cheese Then make your preference of rice as it tells you. I used 1/2 c of rice. After everything is cooked mash up chicken with broccoli. I used a meat masher. Add in rice. And add in your sauce after you mix well. Then you just portion out into 4! It's about 2 1/2min to reheat in microwave. Let me know if you would try this! And if you do. Let me know what you think! Or if you'd change anything to help.

Another easy dinner. 1 lb chicken(whatever works best for you) Spinach & broccoli (or whatever veggies you prefer 1 jar Alfredo 1 small can of biscuits 1 cup mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 350°. Brown or Cook chicken. I used ground chicken and browned on the stovetop. Cut biscuits up into 4 or 6 peices each. In a baking dish put in your chicken and then cut up biscuits. Add a layer of your veggies. I used broccoli and spinach. Then add Alfredo sauce and top off with mozzarella cheese(shredded). Bake for 35-40min. So easy, simple and YUMMM! this will be my third night of eating for dinner. Definitely one that will be in rotation. Next I think I'll try with ground turkey. Let me know if you try! So good

Reframing thoughts
OK Y’all have probably heard this before, and I’ve heard versions of it, but never it framed this way specifically. I was changing out of some jeans that were small. And I was not being very nice to myself and I said. “I’m too fat for these jeans.” but I’ve been working on trying to be nice so to myself. So Ive been yelling at myself when I say something mean to myself. (Yes, I’m a crazy person that has arguments with themself. That’s besides the point.) I said “You’re not too fat for your jeans. They’re just too small for you.” Idk it was a 🤯 moment for me.

It's crazy you posted this. Yesterday I was listening to an episode on Mel Robbins podcast. It was about our clothes and how we look at them. Some days a pair of pants is too tight that wasn't a week ago. Don't feel like it's a fail. It's just a part of life. We fluctuate so much sometimes. So I love you say those jeans are too small for me. This is too true!
