Easy simple recipe, great in protein
1 box any pasta you like, I used tortellini
1 lb ground beef
1 can red enchilada sauce
Taco seasoning
1 can green chillies
Make your pasta as according to box.
Next brown ground beef. Once browned add taco sauce, enchilada sauce and green chillies. Mix until well combined.
1cup of your pasta and add 1cup of meat over pasta! And there you have it. I also added parmesan cheese on top!
