A fun way to add more protein is making your macaroni sauce with cottage cheese.
Hear me out.. make a box of Mac n cheese that uses the powder. Cook your noodles to your desire. In a blender bend 1/2C of cottage cheese with the powder and ~1/8C of the noodle water.
Blend until smooth. Add more noodle water if desired. Mix with noodles and you have a yummy creamy Mac n cheese with added protein!
I absolutely love this and it's great for my little one too!
