- Pause & NoticeThroughout your day, pay attention to small moments that make you smile (a warm drink, sunshine, a kind word).
- Jot Them DownWrite 3–5 little joys you experienced this week.
- ReflectChoose one moment and describe why it felt special or meaningful.
- Share the FeelingIn your letter, paint the moment so your pen pal can feel it too.
- Pass It OnEnd your letter by inviting your pen pal to notice and share their own little joys.
