I get overwhelmed thinking about what to feed myself and now feeding another little human is frustrating! Or just hard for me. I'm sure it is for others. So keep it simple. Feed baby what you feed yourself. I find things she likes and then make that for us and add in something to help me get in my protein.
Eating good doesn't have to be hard. We just make it that way. I still struggle so much but sometimes showing others what we do that are simple can help us too.
What is your simple easy go to food?
We do shells macaroni and taco meat with cottage cheese. I add in chicken sauce with the Mac n cheese for myself.
