Chicken sweet potato bake
Here's a good "dump dinner" from a gal I see on Facebook.
Ingredients:
1-1.5lbs chicken(cut into bite-sized peices)
3/4-1C greek yogurt
2C shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning
2-3C frozen sweet potato
1C Bacon bits
Mix chicken, ranch seasoning, yogurt, and 1C cheese. Place in baking dish. Top with sweet potatoes, the other half of cheese and bacon.
Bake at 400° 35-40 min. Or until chicken is cooked and sweet potatoes are done.
I did broil after for roughly 5 min.
Leftovers are just as good as after cooking.
