Our First Thursday Coffee Chat Was A Success

Hey Syndicate Fam, Hope you've had a great day!! Our first coffee chat this morning was wonderful!! I understand with as spread out as we are it's not possible for everyone to be able to pop in with us, but we had a great chat with 6 of us and we were able to try out our Skool video zoom system and it worked pretty good. We will be having these EVERY Thursday for now at 10am Eastern Time for all Premium and VIP tiers, (Which is ALL of you Founding Members, Yay!). The video replay is below and I apologize to Mike, Jonny and Shanti for not hitting record before they started their introductions. I made and a copy of the transcript of our chat. I also put closed captioning under the video as well for when I upload.

Key Points;

-We had some intros and it was fun putting the faces and voices to the names

-We talked about how we can make these available in different time zones and discussed that as we grow, we will get some moderators and admins to create chats and all of YOU are encouraged to use this video chat feature in the future. I would be happy to moderate for you.

-I talked about how I will be moderating the daily prompts, but the goal is for You All to generate conversations for the group and each other so it's definitely not All Scott, All The Time.

-I talked about our upcoming Speaker Series, where we will have podcast interviews with myself and Business professionals as well as members here in the Syndicate. If you know a Business, Marketing, Sales, Consulting, Creator, leader, (after our chat I am especially looking for diverse backgrounds of color and gender), or if YOU don't mind being on camera and would like to be interviewed about what you do and your company or organization. Please drop me a DM, these will be recorded at your conveniences and 1 released each weekend.

-We talked about creating some tabs in the future for people to sell anything they offer, like books, or courses, etc. and we are looking at how to do that. We also talked about YOU ALL creating tabs for certain industry chats like PODCASTERS, or BOOKS/AUTHORS, or PERFORMERS, etc.

-I talked about wanting to do a give-away at the end of each Coffee Chat, and we will be doing 5-6 a month with our "2nd Monday, New Member Welcomes," and our "Thursday Coffee Chats For Premium and VIP Tiers." Today I gave away coffee from an LGBTQ owned coffee house. If you have a product you would like to give away in an upcoming chat, please reach out to me over DM.
