I feel like I’m going to die and it feels bad!
Because of life, I’ve not prioritised my fitness. In a year I’ve gone from being my most fit to really struggling. Is this a reason to give up and go back to my room? Noooooo! It’s exactly the reason to start again. It might not take a week, or a month. I might still choose to deprioritise myself. But the fact is, I can do it because I have done it before.
