Happy birthday to this amazing human, my darling, Jesus Escobar! 🎉🎉🎉 You have brought me closer to my family, taught me to slow down, and you’ve taught me how to love strength training. My body has changed, and much is thanks to you!
You make sure that we have the right nutrition, and you challenge me to eat better. You’re open minded, and your insatiable love for science has brought us to the healthiest versions of ourselves.
