Finding more time!
Are you struggling to find time for things that are important? ⏰ 🧐 Jesus and I have been through similar struggles, and although we haven’t figured out the ‘perfect’ recipe, we have learned a few things which we want to share. In this informal chat, we talk about how things like energy and environment, as well as character and personality play a role. We discuss too, the importance of deciding ‘why’ the important thing (career, health goals, relationships, etc.) is significant to you, and the importance of structure. Jesus and I have made a few changes in our routine to make space for things that we think are important, and these include getting up early, before work and life takes over our day, and breaking larger goals into progressive smaller goals, step-by-step, one day at a time, mini achievements that boost our self-confidence and release hormones that reward us, AND help us feel like we are making progress toward something that matters to us. Please share your tips and tricks on time management. What do you do to achieve goals, or what is something that you want to try?

Animal VS. plant peptides
What’s the difference between the different peptides? Here, Jesus explains that processes that you think are occurring to gain results are stopped within the body when you use plant-based peptides. These are incomplete proteins not recognized by the human body. The result is very different when the source is animal based because proteins from animal origin is complete and the proteins from plant origin is not complete. The result is that animal proteins stimulate potential action and plant-based proteins, don’t stimulate action. You may have heard of placenta and other animal-based peptides, and when compared to plant -based peptides, the results are very different. The question is, where are the peptides sourced in the products that you are using? Continued in the first comment.

I use a serum which claims to contain peptides, but nowhere on the labelling do I see the origin so I can descern whether it’s plant or animal based, and take a guess at whether the peptide is actually contributing to my product. Quick mention that peptides can also be lab made since scientists can replicate the chain of amino acids that create a peptide. Of all three types, the healthiest are the peptides of animal origin. Personally, Jesus and I use peptide ‘activation,’ which has no comparison with ‘adding’ peptides externally or internally. Rather than adding peptides to our body, we activate the peptides within our own body to perform the functions that peptides should do: give us healthy arteries, regenerate and healing in our skin and tissues, repair, assist with telomere protection and healthy cellular function, and much more. But, in order to activate copper peptides and other peptides, we need to be giving our bodies the right nutrition – and that’s where diet (especially protein and fat consumption from animal origin) really matters. Peptide types
What TYPE of peptides are you using? My face serum contains peptides, but Jesus explains here that the technology on his hand functions differently. Rather than ‘add’ plant or animal- based (or lab made) peptides to his body, he’s activating his own peptides using this wearable technology. Jesus adds that the technology activates peptides using a very specific frequency, and it’s essentially a reflection device of his own light and heat. The interesting thing about this method of working with peptides is that our body recognizes and responds immediately to activation (not true of the plant based peptides) - The wearable tech helps your body start creating its own elastin, collagen, repair and regenerative functions as soon as it’s near your skin, and you’re not left guessing whether your body recognizes or uses the peptides. After 18 months using the peptide tech, my family and I have healed shoulder joints and lifted dropping jawlines (due to injuries and ageing). The collagen increase and accelerated healing has created such a difference in our lives that Jesus and I will be including the peptide activation in our method. Are you investing in PEPTIDE products? 🤔
Do you buy products containing peptides? 🤔 So many of us are purchasing beauty products that have peptides, and my question is, how do I know if the peptides are in fact adding value to my serum, face cream (or other product)? These products can be a higher financial investment, so what are they doing, and what else should I know about peptides? Jesus and I discussed this in our most recent livestream, where I quizzed him of the where peptides come from, and which are most effective for the purposes of supporting things like the production of collagen and elastin, accelerating healing and other similar functions which peptides are known for. It turns out that peptides are derived from plant sources, animal sources, and lab made. Only one of these is really effective but the most effective isn’t adding peptides, but rather activating our own peptides within our body. More details coming soon.
