Overnight Oats Recipe
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oats (don’t use instant)
1 scoop protein powder (I’m using NurishID Pumpkin Spice)
*add walnuts, chia seeds, powdered peanut butter, dried fruit, etc…
Pop on the lid and stick it in the fridge
