Update + Daily Strong Dad 06/03/24
Happy June Strong Dads! Melissa and I welcomed our second son, Cole, into the world on May 21st. I took some much needed time away and really enjoyed it. With June here, we have some updates: 1) Our first book of the month, Extreme Ownership, will be under focus this month. If you have not grabbed a copy or started reading yet, definitely do so. 2) Make sure to be accessing the classroom section here in Strong Dad Society to access the different courses and programs we have available for you all. As you achieve higher levels in the community, further programs and courses will be available for you to access. 3) The Strong Dad Summer Challenge will begin later this month, stay tuned for more details. 4) This week, stay tuned for the release of the Strong Dad Daily Habit Tracker to help you stay at your strongest! Let’s Crush The Month Fellas

Strong Dad Weekend
Happy Weekend Strong Dads! What is one thing you do on weekends to help yourself stay on track with your training and nutrition? Leave in the comments.
The Daily Strong Dad 05/23/24
Training: Don’t let time be a factor that forces you to miss a workout. Short on time? Microdosing your training into shortened 20 minute sessions can still help you accomplish all of your training in a week. Nutrition: Balance and a good relationship with food is key. Feel like you fell off the wagon and indulged, don’t worry, just account for it and get back on track. Parenting / Lifestyle: Make sure to tell your wife how proud you are of her as a mother and as a wife. This is something I am certainly staying mindful of lately and find it goes a long way. Mindset: Perfectionism can often times lead to dogmatism. Perfect doesn’t exist. Focus on finding the small wins day-to-day and week-to-week.
