Training: Don’t let time be a factor that forces you to miss a workout. Short on time? Microdosing your training into shortened 20 minute sessions can still help you accomplish all of your training in a week.
Nutrition: Balance and a good relationship with food is key. Feel like you fell off the wagon and indulged, don’t worry, just account for it and get back on track.
Parenting / Lifestyle: Make sure to tell your wife how proud you are of her as a mother and as a wife. This is something I am certainly staying mindful of lately and find it goes a long way.
Mindset: Perfectionism can often times lead to dogmatism. Perfect doesn’t exist. Focus on finding the small wins day-to-day and week-to-week.
