I do feel most of my posting is about food. I am sorry if I feel obsessed by food but it’s important 🤣
That being said I wonder if anyone has any idea on whether replacing butter with products like Benacol is beneficial? I have started to use it. The product claims to reduce cholesterol. I guess they cannot make that claim without it being true. However I hear that natural Is best and butter is natural.
Any views and more importantly facts would be great to know.
Friday today too so weekend might mean I treat myself to butter on my sourdough.
