STR Property in Miami FL

A good friend of mine is looking for a last minute trip and was hoping I would be able to connect him with a great STR in Miami Fl. Please see the parameters that I was given and let me know if you might have anything available.

Upscale or Luxury Property

2 rooms/units (preferably in same building or close)

1 king per Room

2 adults per room

Jan 15-20

Preferably

Beach front building with beach chairs / service

Washer dryer

Pool

Gym

Ideally between the north side of ocean drive to south of 30th but would consider others

Would also consider 2 units in multiple buildings if they were next door or close by etc

Dates are not flexible

Last resort

A two bedroom unit at the setai, the 1 or the W or similar
