Hello. My husband Ed and I are new to the community but have been involved with STR’s for 3 1/2 years. We purchased our 1st property after attending conferences and listening to hundreds of hours of learning. We wouldn’t have been nearly as successful without communities like this. We currently own one of our own properties, manage 3 properties fully, and do revenue management/calendar and listing optimization for 5 properties. I am also a REALTOR in Michigan who specializes in helping investors find profitable STR’’s that meet their goals. Ed and I have been essentially underwriting 100’s of properties a month to narrow options down for investors. Only a few truly pencil out.
