The goal this week is simple: get back into a rhythm with strength work in a way that feels realistic and sustainable alongside triathlon training.
This is not about being perfect. It’s not about crushing yourself with extra work. It’s about starting the week with a clear plan and some momentum.
This week’s focus:
Keep it simple enough to actually do.
Your job today:
Take 30 seconds and decide what your strength week will realistically look like.

This week’s simple structure:
  • Monday: make the plan
  • Tuesday: first strength session
  • Wednesday: accountability check-in
  • Thursday: mobility / movement focus
  • Friday: second strength session or progression
  • Weekend: catch-up, reflect, reset
