While Fatima was focused on her zoom she was also make a traditional dish she grew up on and she can tell it turned out so good as her one year old daughter sat and ate with crumbs everywhere just smacking and smiling I’m grateful for this presence.

This morning Fatima took ownership of her emotions and woke up before everyone else and took take of her self to stay present in her body because she has realized if she not caring for herself she can’t show up for anyone else the way she would to.

Jeremy is at the point where scaling the mountain is very difficult. He is now having to notice the smallest moments of self sabotage but he spent the day addressing all of it. He knows what works so he went back to the habits that have kept on track in the past. He won the day!

Today Lyndsei ate her day right on up, even with the odds stacked against her! 💪🏾 She remembered that she gets to choose, so she quickly stepped into her role as pivot queen when she realized things could not go as planned. With 1 hour of sleep in 2 nights, She took advantage of her energy to get the things on her list done! She made herself proud which is her daily goal. She is clear on what’s next. And that’s a good night of REST.
