While Fatima was focused on her zoom she was also make a traditional dish she grew up on and she can tell it turned out so good as her one year old daughter sat and ate with crumbs everywhere just smacking and smiling I’m grateful for this presence.

Last night Fatima told her husband about storytelling Academy and how she want to take advantage of the opportunity and he took heed when she got on zoom he redirected the children to him in doing so this morning she woke up present not just to take authorship of her state of mind but show up in ways she always wanted to showing up and he unlocked the wife he know it’s in me to be. What a win!

This morning Fatima took ownership of her emotions and woke up before everyone else and took take of her self to stay present in her body because she has realized if she not caring for herself she can’t show up for anyone else the way she would to.

The area that I chose is personal development I imagine waking up everyday meditating doing my skin care routine drinking tea reading books, dancing, with plants around me and a beautiful view of not only external happiness but internal happiness. They have grace, patients, are kind to themselves and know their story well enough to be present enough to live it. stop living in their head and take action towards their present moment.

The time is now
Heeeyyyy everyone. My name is Nadia. I live in Philadelphia. I’m here because it’s definitely time to change the author of my story and finally live the life I’ve always wanted for myself. I’ve wasted too many years holding onto something that wasn’t meant for me to hold onto (well maybe not for this long). I’m ready and excited for this new identity.
