The area of my life I chose is relationships. I imagine living in a place where I am no longer afraid to be my true, authentic self. I imagine having clear boundaries with my family, where my yes is yes, and I do not feel the need to explain or justify it. The person living this life is a woman who is confident in herself and not afraid of what others think about the choices she makes. She understands that filling her cup to the top is essential, not selfish, and she makes decisions from a place of self-trust, peace, and clarity. 😊

This morning Briel did not keep the promise to herself to wake up 5:30 and start her day. Instead of beating herself up she made the choice to still do half of the morning routine she set up and go about the day!
