Chris describes it like a buffet. You pile your plate with everything that looks good, sit down, and you can't finish half of it. That's exactly how most of us run our weeks.
I was that guy. Trying to launch a business, grow this community, train for another 100-mile race, start dating, make content, all on top of a 40+ hour job. I looked at my calendar and there was barely time left to take a proper dump. Busy, yes. Productive... not really.
Your energy is a battery and it only lasts one day. Spend it on the stuff with the highest return.
