My favourite workout at the moment
Currently I am doing Pilates daily to sculpt by body and strengthen my core. For me 30 minutes a day is totally enough, as long as I stay consistent. Also walking a lot, 7-10 thousand steps daily, weekly swimming and sauna sessions. That's what my active routine looks like at the moment. Tell me about your favourite workout routines!?
