God blessed me with long arms, swinging them down when i run makes me slower. I have to tell myself to keep them tucked but what do you guys think of in ur head when running
3 points of note 1. shoulder and hip mobility 2. see a therapist 3. think balance and front foot landing open, extension of the arm 3 points of work 1. towel drill 2. 45 degree bat drill 3. front wall drill
