Every Monday I feel charged up, I feel a new wave of Energy and I'm ready to go. For me, this starts with some sort of mental disconnect over the weekend. and no I don't mean turning up and completely disconnecting. Nor do I mean Relaxing to the max and doom scrolling till my eyes burn I mean Real Recovery... The type of activities that center your body and soul on the same path again Doing the things that help you know just how important your priorities are and why For me and where I'm at at this point in my journey, it's spending quality time with my Family. It's working outside Saturday morning and then hitting a quick power nap to recharge for a present rest of the day.
