When's the last time you felt scared, but did it anyway?
much of the time we fall into the trap of seeking what feels easiest and least frightening.... It's ok to see this and admit that you've fallen into this or are even in it currently. the thing is that we have to see it for what it is to then move past it. it might be something in class, that girl you think is cute, or even speaking your truth with that friend or family member so they know who you are. for me recently, it's been continuing to expand parts of my story to new people. It's been pushing past the fear of rejection when being in situations I didn't think I'd ever be in. and I know that continuing to move through it all is the key So what is it for you? Let me know below!

If someone gifted you $700,000, what you do you and why?
an old mentor of mine dropped a question on my head similar to this back when I first got started. "imagine you have 20k a month to waste, what would you spend it on?" Doing the exercise helped me find some more motivation to keep on getting started, I saw some very cool materialistic things that I would have loved to have at that time. What was really interesting to me wasn't the fascination of what I could spend the money on though, it was the expansion of my mind around how pointless things would probably feel after a few months. How at that level of wealth, Purpose becomes infinitely more important than pleasure... You see when we place such importance on these high value materials and we die to own them, they end up owning us. Now, I am all for abundance, for having the nice stuff, don't give me wrong - I live in a 400k home on a $2m property and I love every bit of it but it didn't come from me dying to have the money for it it actually came to me when I let go of money the most... More on that story soon to come😉 So what would you? 700k in the bank today/20k a month to spend - What's your first move?

Where do you see yourself in a year?
This question tells a lot about where you're at mentally and I personally love the insights it brings me after reflection. Reflecting on the question for me right now brings out the following: in a years time, We Are HeartLed will have been built to somewhere between 500 - 1000 members. We will have established an incredibly predictable process for both attracting the right members and delivering the best results to those who call themselves HeartLed. The HeartLed team will have expanded greatly - bringing many more opportunities to students of all ages Personally, my family and I will be in an even better place together - Traveling and experiencing all that we've desired for so long. and much more that gets me too excited to type, haha. Excited to see what you guys share!

Being HeadtLed means being a leader but it doesn't mean you are perfect. If you knew my story would know why I’m saying this.. I’m the hero to my own story .. because I fought back against all of attacks on my future.

What's up homie!
Monday Growth Launch
Every Monday I feel charged up, I feel a new wave of Energy and I'm ready to go. For me, this starts with some sort of mental disconnect over the weekend. and no I don't mean turning up and completely disconnecting. Nor do I mean Relaxing to the max and doom scrolling till my eyes burn I mean Real Recovery... The type of activities that center your body and soul on the same path again Doing the things that help you know just how important your priorities are and why For me and where I'm at at this point in my journey, it's spending quality time with my Family. It's working outside Saturday morning and then hitting a quick power nap to recharge for a present rest of the day. It often can be Meditation, Reading, Writing, as these habits help me understand and express myself What is it for you? What ways do you find your weekend best spent?
