deeper reflection from tonight
Sitting here tonight working with notion AI to build some ongoing reflective practices using the textbooks of documentation I process on a weekly basis - journal entries, mediation sessions, day planning/habit tracking, synchronicity tracking... (yes I am a journaling nerd, I fell in love with it years ago after hating writing due to fear of self expression.) I just recently over the course of the past 2 years moved 95% of my writing online, for many reasons. I still love to write by hand though. A statement that came to mind that was reflected by my Chatgpt journal entries around a month ago was this: the right relationship with peace isn't stagnation in any form; it's peaceful power. It's knowing your place within alignment, timing, trust, and gratitude. Peaceful power is standing in your abundance, freely grasped by the duality that is the material world's manifest and the spiritual/energetic dimension's lack of time sense. like standing at a cold bus stop at 3 in the morning with no one around, realizing your 4 year old body contained a similar power to both what you hold now and to what you hold at age 86, all simultaneously existing, but separated by a wall we often forget did not have a definition until we gave it one and sequentially defined life by it. love the process, smell the roses and feel the breeze stay heartled

time to get back on board
I apologize for taking the last dang near 2 months off! I honestly allowed myself to lose momentum here due to new skills and offers we've been working on and fulfilling. I hope you all have been well! I brought some value here today from my YT. Let me know what you think.

Building yourself is Universal
No matter where you go, what you do, or who you're around, the level by which you've built yourself to will apply in some way or another. At some point before stepping into new rooms, you may feel overly adequate in some area. Like you're king of the world and nobody can touch you. But when you walk into a place with a different kind of energy, a place where others have been building and have been seeing their dedications through, you might find some inner lack - that's ok, know that it's meant to be like that so you feel the push to dive into it. You're meant to understand why it is you feel lesser, that way you can make it a fine tuned part of your musical life arsenal. I'm a strong believer in the things you want requiring a new version of yourself. You're meant to go Deeper

Whats your morning routine?
for me, I'm up around 5:30 - 6, hit 5 minutes of gratitude, 5 minutes of mindful stretching/breathing, brush my teeth and I'm out the door. I hit the gym, come back and get my mushroom coffee, protein shake and water ready and I get to work by 8/830. What about you?

@Demareon Jones interesting. Yea I used to go 5-6 hours everyday but I can't do it any more at least without a power nap. I find myself dosing off at the absolute worst times like driving. I've never heard of siesta before, I like that😂

@Demareon Jones sounds like an interesting vibe
When you look up, where does your head go?
On the braids of momentum we find ourselves entangled in, how we decide to look around when we look up determines much of where we continue to head. Do we come up gasping for air, as if we've been drowning? Or do we glance around with patience and grace, knowing the apparent path is the one we're most in alignment with. Many times in my journey I looked up and around and down and back again - I confused myself with a myriad of self based trials, those of which mostly disoriented my larger goals. Take the time to appreciate the hardest parts of the journey and to decompress when your body needs it.
