My biggest creative shift was on a walk with a friend. I spotted a rock and it immediately reminded me of an animal paw. I picked it up and took it home. I didn't hesitate to draw (paint) what my minds eye envisioned it would become. That was my start back into my creative flow. Journal drawings came later.
