I work in Chat GPT and Claude quite a bit, so it has been well trained to my goings on. I journal in Chat GPT and ask it questions and just generally talk to it. I have even built a team of advisors so I can sort of think out loud with it and get feedback and perspective. And it is very brutally honest without judgment, and really helps point me in a very helpful direction of next steps. I also trained my Coach in my Therapy app so it is very helpful, very clear on what I am doing right and what I need to rethink. Often, after a session with one of the models, I can approach creativity with a clear head.
