So why not make it a non-negotiable. spend one-hour a day unplugging from SM, your biz, and indulge in me-time. Make it a priority. Block out the time on your calendar. Do you know what will happen? 🗝️Your biz will soar. 🗝️You will be serving from a cup that overflows. 🗝️Your body, mind, and spirit will be well rested. For the last two weeks, I've been exploring Japan and Busan, South Korea. This was such a relaxing and wonderful trip and the perfect way to unplug.

I started the Skool Monetisation Lab on a 14-day free trial. Set it up on a Thursday. By Friday, someone had subscribed at $5 a month. 🤯 Here is the thing. There was nothing there. A welcome post. An empty classroom. That was it. Now, I had a lot of content online, so this person already knew who I was. I am not pretending I built this out of nowhere. But even knowing that, I was genuinely shocked. I expected people to wait until there was something to see. They didn't wait. And it reminded me that your audience is often further along in trusting you than you think. The lesson I took from it is simple. Don't wait until everything is ready. Everything is never ready. The person who subscribed to an empty community did not need a full course or a polished classroom. They just needed to back someone they already believed in. Start before you are ready. I started building my Skool community for navigating ADHD in October 2025. I joined the communities that were suppose to help me go from zero to profit, etc etc etc. It was too much information and too much to do. Every community I joined on how to run a successful Skool had different advice. Plus, I started my community with no cash up front, so it's not like I could afford the Premium and VIP plans for every guru saying this is what I should be doing. 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀....all their methods feel manipulative to me and that's not my vibe at all. My goal is to make the lives of people with ADHD better. I started using AI (Claude mostly) to develop a business blueprint. Claude explained to me step by step what I needed to do. Tech stacks, website, lead magnets, CTA. Claude's been my personal business coach for a few months. Claude answers all the questions and brainstorms with me. Walked me through tech trouble shooting. Claude's there, waiting, when 𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲. Having ADHD - I need a 24/7 thought partner. Someone who is there when 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 and I need to brainstorm it. My progress over the last few months is accelerated because I am not spending hours researching it on my own - it's at my fingertips. I've attached 2 artifacts that I've made with Claude. One is the generic version of my Community Builder Guide (my business blue print) and the other is a lead magnet archetype quiz. The community builder guide is for ADHD brains in mind. It's not perfect and I am always refining it. I catch mistakes as I am using it. If I hit any friction using it, I will have Claude change that friction point, because if it's hard for me to use then it will be hard for another person with ADHD to use.
