This is the private residence backyard where I work as a caregiver twice a week.

Though residents pay $7,000 a month just for a room and a bathroom...

(What a cool recurring income for the owner but come on…! 🙄)

…it’s luxurious, beautiful, great food, and peaceful with 24/7 care.

A lady said it’s like living in a Las Vegas hotel 😅

The rest of the week I also work for the government public side of caregiving.

And what I see there is a completely different story.

Elderly people living in bugs, in dirty apartments not because they don't care, but because they can't afford a cleaning lady.

They have to choose between eating and buying their diapers.

That image never leaves me.

That is one of my why. And I think deep down it might be yours too.

So let me ask you something uncomfortable.

When you are elderly, do you want to still be chasing your next one-time commission just to survive?

Or do you want to be quietly collecting the recurring income you were smart enough to build when you were young? 😌

The time to build it is now. Not later.
