I Need Your Advice: Help Me Build Our Next Step

Last night I sat down for a raw strategy session with Goose Dunlavey to pull apart my coaching offer and pricing.

If you know me, you know I don't believe in generic "blueprints". I believe every business requires a

specific action plan based on your unique skills and resources.

Normally, my 1:1 coaching rate is £300 ($400) an hour. But I want to package my brain, my problem-solving, and my experience into an offer that actually fits our "Start a Business with No Money" ethos, while still giving you the high-level mentorship you need to break through your roadblocks.

I originally had a plan to launch a $97 and $297 tier. But Goose told me that multiple offers can cut conversions in HALF (He knows Skool a lot better than me). He challenged me to drop the tiers entirely and offer a single, flat-rate $600/month mastermind strictly capped at 20 people to ensure that I am able and willing to deliver the best attention you deserve, so everyone gets massive results.

Now, I'm torn... You are the Builders of this community, and you are the heartbeat of this clubhouse. I don't want to guess what you need, so I'm asking you directly.

If you were to upgrade to get more direct help from me, which of these three models would you most likely sign up for, and why?

The Vibe: Intensive group learning and direct feedback without the 1:1 price tag.
What you get: Everything in Option 1, PLUS Weekly 60-min group coaching, fortnightly mastermind sessions, access to guest expert workshops, and priority Q&A access to ensure your questions are always answered first. You also get a 25% discount on my done-for-you specialist services (like Business Plans and Marketing Audits).

Option 3: The "Goose" Elite Mastermind Tier ($597 / month)

The Vibe: VIP - High-proximity, elite, and highly accountable. (My standard 1:1 rate is $400/hour, so this is designed to be the ultimate value package).
What you get: Goose's exact recommendation. This tier is strictly capped at 20 people. You get EVERYTHING from Option 2 , PLUS a guaranteed 60-minute 1:1 Monthly strategy check-in with me to build your custom action plans. You also get my deepest 33% VIP discounts, and an exclusive invite to my annual Cornwall Mastermind retreat to mix with some of the Resident Experts!

All options will also have an additional discount for purchasing annually.

Poll : Let me know in the comments: Would you rather have a cheaper, larger group session where you might get a quick five-minute problem solved, or are you looking for more 1:1 business planning, dedicated coaching, tailored action plans and VIP status?

Also, would you prefer to have two tiers to choose from, or just have the one option...I want to keep it simple, but I also feel that a middle "stepping stone" tier might help some of you get more value before diving right in?
