Up a pound and body fat. Disappointed in myself this week, I didn’t make it to the gym a couple of days. I’m still doing my best to hold myself accountable. I’ll try much harder this week.
Also I’m going to be a bit vulnerable this post. I’ve been walking a fine line of depression for a while so it’s been tough to just get out of bed some days. It’s not an excuse but it is a real thing. Thank you all for being kind and helpful to each other.
