Wt: 217 lb BF: 21.7% I’ll be honest. I’m discouraged by numbers today. Almost two months in and I’m still slightly below my peak body fat loss throughout the whole thing. I love my consistency, I’m training harder than ever throughout my whole body, and overall I feel great. That being said, the lack of body fat loss is discouraging today. The weight doesn’t bother me, but the body fat does. I’ve increased my skeletal muscle which is nice to see, I just want to ditch body fat like all of us do. I need to figure out if I need more of a caloric deficit, choose different food sources like reducing dairy, or something else I’m missing. I’m sleeping well, I’m hydrated, I’m eating on a schedule, and I’m hitting my macros almost right on daily.

It takes time. If you are consistent you will definitely see results!! You are doing great though, keep it up! I see my best results when I lift heavy and either do 20 min cardio, .10 mile run and .10 mile walk for a total of a mile. Doesn’t work for everyone but it’s short and sweet.

@Shawn Vierra I feel great! But the progress is amazing. I’m down 3% the last 3 weeks and considering the lack of progress last month I’m pretty happy!!

Stats
I go to EOS down here in SoCal. How do I get all the stats aside from weight that you’re all posting?

I’m at EoS in Utah. They should have a scale you can use that’s near the trainers desks. It measures weight, body fat, and all the other things. Just ask someone at the gym.
