Budget twin turbo small block?

Alright here in the next few months I’m going to start assembling a budget vortec 350 twin turbo build to swap into the blazer. I am going to attempt to go fuel injection with it and leave the bottom end fairly stock. Maybe just main studs. And head studs. Any insite here? I’m going for a torque based twin Turbo build. Attempting to find the best cam and lifter kit right now. Stumbled across a killer deal on a twin turbo set and had to pull the trigger.
