Meditation

Hey everyone! I've been having some weird experiences as I'm slipping into sleep and would like to know if anyone has had anything similar happen to them. Sometimes as I'm slipping into sleep and even before just relaxing, my hands start to twitch uncontrollably but also kind of in a weird rhythmic pattern if that makes sense. I also feel as if I'm communicating with something but i really don't know what it is. it is definitely an intelligent voice but its not mine. This experience also almost always leads to an out of body experience (I think). Its very strange but I'm also very thankful for it because it is what got me started on digging deeper into spirituality. I'd love to hear what you guys think. thank you!
