Why I care about trauma…
Loom video on this. I talk about trauma a lot I know, but there is a good reason for that. It is because I myself suffered from trauma, but I overcame it. I have spoke about one here before on my leg incident, but I also have many more, the two primary ones being bullying and my leg injury. That is why I care so much about the subject, cause I know how it is, yet I overcame it and did not let those incidents define me. And that is why I do and will continue to share tremendous value on trauma. As I am just sharing my personal lessons, stories, and what I have learned on my healing journey. Hope this cleared things up.
Why I care about trauma…
Actually fear was behind the scenes
I notice that there was nothing as a good or bad food in my childhood.And my body weight was high And having a fat body.But I was normal with having that body.Specially at my hostel given by my school.I started to get attracted to some of my friends having a good shape.And later on end of the year. I stared to exercise not in a balanced way. If I do I will do a bit more,or not at all. Later on ended up brainwashed by many contents about nutrition specifically good food and bad food. 😤There is fear about food whenever I went out of my zone like what about my diet…… 🄘 And will be working to balance and have healthy relation with food.
