Warm Ginger–Lemon Drink (to remove mucus)
This is simple, effective, and honest. (No tea bags required)
Recipe
  • Warm water (not hot)
  • Fresh ginger, grated or sliced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Optional, ½ tsp local raw honey if needed (Only if drinking after 11:00 am or between meals)
Drink it first thing in the morning or between meals.
Why this works
  • Warm water hydrates mucus so it can move. Cold locks it in place.
  • Ginger increases circulation and lymphatic flow. It loosens congestion instead of shutting the body down.
  • Lemon thins mucus and supports liver bile, which helps move inflammatory waste out through stool.
  • Raw honey, if used, soothes irritated tissue without stopping elimination.
If your nose runs, throat clears, chest loosens, or bowels move afterward, that’s success!!!
